One on One Sessions for NEW CLIENTS

Appointments Monday – Friday 10:00 – 6:00 and some Saturdays.

$150/first private session of 90 minutes $80 for hourly one on one sessions
Packages –
6 consecutive once or twice a week 60 min. sessions $450/ $75 a session
12 consecutive once or twice a week 60 min. sessions $840 / $70 a session
In order to best serve the client the first session is 90 minutes/$150.

After the initial meeting the next series of sessions are 60 minutes/$80 single.

6 SESSION PACKAGES FOR LESS

It takes time for the body to absorb and fully benefit from a new way of moving. Some clients come 6 – 12 times. I recommend 12 sessions for maximum benefits of MELT and most of my clients continue their private sessions for years and love the way it feels to work with a MELT Instructor who can help them with strength, flexibility, balance, and to stimulate the body to move more efficiently.

Here is what sets this work apart from others it is designed to treat problems at their source, MELT targets specific points in the body, such as the hands and feet, back and neck instead of digging into already irritated and inflamed areas. It also helps the body to mend itself more quickly after a workout and helps your workout be more efficient. Karen can teach you Pilates on MELT or Yoga on MELT too!

Karen designs a special treatment/movement program which addresses every person’s specific needs. Karen has been teaching over 30 years. Her expertise in the area of pain management/relief allows her to properly access how to help each client have a positive shift in the first session.

We begin with balancing exercises to find where your body’s alignment is and move on from there. Karen is certified in all the MELT courses therefore she can teach you the MELT Foot and Hand Treatment, MELT Length, MELT Strength, and MELT Core.

You will feel the difference the first time you MELT and for days later.

Your posture will improve, your sleep will improve, the nervous system will be more relaxed and your energy level will increase. For only 10 minutes a day you can look and feel great all day!
